简介：这是一部非常奇怪的影片，Annunciation --- 我查了下字典，它除了有“宣告，宣布”的意思，还有“天使报喜”的意思，来源于圣经中天使告知圣母马利亚她即将生育耶稣的那一天，西方的三月二十五日。表明本片具有很深的神玄学和宗教内容，事实如此，影片部分改编自众所周知的亚当和夏娃的故事，亚当和夏娃受到撒旦所变的蛇的诱惑而偷吃了关于善恶认识的禁果，从而被发怒的上帝赶出伊甸园。影片并没有过多讲述伊甸园内发生的事，而是着重叙述亚当和夏娃被赶出后所经历的奇异旅程，而这段旅程完全是由导演自己想象的内容！亚当变成了古雅典城的一位将军，后来逃出雅典，成为拜占庭时期的十字军战士，法国革命时期的革命领袖丹东，黑死病瘟疫蔓延时期欧洲的一个幸存者和目击者，乃至英国伦顿街头的流浪者，亚当和夏娃经历了无数的背叛和野性，残忍和法西斯主义，罪恶和恐惧。。。导演安德拉斯.杰勒斯天马行空，稀奇古怪的想象使这部影片充满了神秘主义和隐喻化的画面和内容，而时间早已洇灭在影片充满超现实主义和象征主义的电影语言中，更为独特的是，全片所有演员是一群8到12岁的孩子！说它是一部儿童片吧实在不能算，我奇怪于导演为什么让一群孩子去演这样表现人性黑暗面，深奥难懂的，史诗影片，全片如同诗歌戏剧般的台词和对白似乎对一群半大的孩子来说太难了，而且影片中的一些裸体场景似乎很难让未成年的孩童来演，导演试图用更年轻化的演员群体来更深刻的表现一些时代的阴暗恐怖和不合理性，这一点上与意大利导演帕索里尼的电影风格相似，比如他的引起广泛争议性的作品《萨罗》正是如此，而本片则有过之而无不及。但让人不得不佩服的是，所有的孩子都有令人惊叹的出色表演！体现出他们驾驭复杂深奥角色的超常能力。而影片中横跨匈牙利南方草原，山脉，古堡和海岸的美妙摄影以及五彩缤纷的服饰，与小演员们出色的表演一起，使这部奇怪独特的影片更加令人难忘，带给我们一次关于存在主义的奇异冒险。 让孩子去演出成人化的影片在影史中不多见，也许这只是极少数特立独行的导演更深刻的表现其电影主旨的一种奇怪方式，我曾经还看过一部叫《MALADOLESCENZA》的影片也是如此，用孩童来演绎复杂成人化的三角爱情，带给我的完全是一种清新优美到令人心碎的感觉，完全没有所谓的肮脏和龌龊，我想这是此类极富争议性影片的一种特有的风格。 值得一提的还有本片的摄影和音乐都是极为出色，如梦如幻的摄影术加之动人心弦的圣咏音乐为背景，让你恍若梦中般的唯美。
